Put a ring on your coin.

Before $PRENUP bonds, devs file a prenup and we pick who gets engaged. After it bonds, nobody applies: you sign your own.

Progress is estimated from the price, using Pump.fun's standard bonding curve.

  1. Download your certificate.
  2. Hit File on X and attach it to the post.
  3. We review filings and move the best coins onto the engaged list below.

Filing is free and doesn't hold a bond yet. Your prenup becomes binding when $PRENUP bonds and your bond is in escrow.

The vows · how it works

Five steps from "gm" to "I do".

Every coin on Pump.fun is a first date. A prenup turns the dev's promise into money they lose if they break it.

ART. I

Engagement

The dev proposes.

The creator lists the coin and picks the terms: a hold window of 24h, 72h or 7 days, and the most the dev wallet may sell inside it.

ART. II

Dowry

Money where the mouth is.

The creator posts a bond in $PRENUP. The coin gets the wax seal on the board. A bigger bond reads as a bigger promise.

ART. III

Marriage

The hound moves in.

We watch the wallet that created the coin, plus any wallet it funded in the 24 hours before launch, for every sell.

ART. IV

Divorce

Dumped early? Pay up.

Sell past the terms inside the window and the bond is slashed. 50% goes to that coin's holders as alimony. 50% of the $PRENUP is burned.

ART. V

Anniversary

Vows kept.

The window closes clean. The creator gets the full bond back and the coin keeps an "honoured" stamp for good.

Prenuptial Agreement

between the Dev and the Holders of $YOURCOIN

  1. The Dev shall not sell more than 2% of supply from the creator wallet or any wallet it funded before launch, until the window closes.
  2. The window runs 72 hours from the moment the coin is created.
  3. The Dev posts a bond of 2,500,000 $PRENUP, held in escrow for the length of the window.
  4. Should the Dev break § 1, the bond is split: 50% to holders by their share of supply at the moment of the sell, 50% burned.
  5. Should the window close clean, the bond is returned in full and the coin keeps the honoured stamp.

No forms, no wallet connect. If you hold the coin when the dev breaks the vows, alimony is yours.

The dev signs with the bond.

Talk is free. A bond in $PRENUP is what the dev loses if they lied.

Every bond is $PRENUP.

Each new marriage needs $PRENUP, and each divorce burns some of it.

Divorce court

When the vows break.

A dump inside the window becomes a ruling. Every ruling links to the sell transaction so anyone can check it.

A torn contract with a cracked wax seal and a gold ring
One sell past the terms is enough. The ruling is automatic: no vote, no appeal, no "I was just taking profit".

    The fine print

    What a prenup can't catch.

Every good contract says where it stops. Here's ours.

    01

    Fresh wallets

A dev who buys from a brand-new wallet funded from an exchange leaves no link to the creator. We catch creator wallets and the wallets they fund, not every alt.

    02

    Insiders who aren't the dev

Friends, KOLs and snipers aren't part of the agreement. A prenup covers one marriage: the dev and the holders.

    03

A bond only stings if it's big

A dev who posts a tiny bond and dumps a big bag still wins. Read the bond next to the dev's bag before you trust the seal.

    04

    Escrow comes with the program

Holding bonds and paying alimony is done by the Prenup program. Until it's live, the board is a preview and no bond is held.

    Questions

    Before you say I do.

Do holders need to sign anything?

No. You sign by buying. If you hold the coin when the dev breaks the vows, your share of the alimony is based on how much of the supply you held at that moment.

What counts as breaking the vows?

The creator wallet, or any wallet it funded in the 24 hours before launch, selling more than the agreed share of supply before the window closes. One sell over the line is enough.

Can a dev end the marriage early?

No. The window is the window. That's the point of signing before launch, not after the chart is up.

    Where do burned tokens go?

To a burn address nobody controls. Every burn is a transaction you can look up.

How do I get on the engaged list?

File a prenup above and post your certificate on X with @prenup_trade. We review filings and add coins to the engaged list. Once $PRENUP bonds there is no list to get on: you sign your own prenup and go straight onto the board.
